What's for Dinner?

Swiss Steak

Tenderized steak
Cubed tomatoes
Tomato sauce
Bell peppers

Season steak with seasoning salt & lemon pepper. Flour and sear meat in pan with oil. Add onions & bell peppers, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Add water as needed and as sauce thickens. Let cook, covered. Serve with rice.

The lemon pepper and cubed tomatoes sound good. I've made it before, but only with the onions and tomato sauce.
