Why does shopping feel so good?

Hayden's birthday is tomorrow and this past week I went shopping for the clothes that he asked for and I also ordered a few items online. Shopping for him is like shopping for a daughter. He likes clothes and likes the latest styles with a variety of color.

I wasn't able to do this for my oldest son, Dylan, because he wore athletic shorts and t-shirts to school every day all year round, no matter how warm or cold. And the only colors that Dylan would wear were white, gray or something dark. On one hand, this was a good thing because his clothes weren't costing us an arm and a leg; but it was also soooooo boring.

I had my other camera for several years. I had borrowed several of my dads lens. I am very excited about my new camera. I just need to learn how to use it now! lol

Dylan sounds exactly like my Chris, Except Chris preferred the lighter colors like tan, beige, white. But cargo shorts and tees with flip flops...all.the.time.

On the other hand, Drew, the youngest, wore black. Black on black on black. Never jeans. He had a goth phase. He's normal now though - lol.

My kids have realized that if they want the "in" bands, then we shop ebay...much cheaper than going to the Aeropostle store at the mall. Hapy bithday wishes to Hayden.

I dream of the day that my boys would ask for clothes for their birthdays! At this point, they get MAD. Oh well!
