#1. Cake. Buttercream, whipped cream or ice cream?
Buttecream is divine, but the whole cake experience is better with ice cream.
#2. When entertaining do you use real, paper, plastic or styrofoam dishes?
My type of entertaining is usually very casual so we use paper, but a good quality like Dixie.
#3. When hosting a party do you cook, have it catered or go to a restaurant?
If I were hosting a party, and I don't do this often, I would prepare the meal myself.
#4. Share a recipe that you frequently serve when having a party.
Crab Dip
2 pkg Cream cheese (8 oz)
1 T. Tony Chachere's Creole
1 T worcestorshire
3/4 C ketchup
1/4 C horseradish (prepared)
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. worcestorshire
crab meat (fancy white)
Mix together: cream cheese, tony's creole and worcestorshire.
Blend together: ketchup, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, worcestorshire sauce, Fancy white crab meat.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto platter. Lay ketchup mixture on top and sprinkle with crab meat. Serve with Town House crackers.
